I had a two-days’ trip to Suzhou which is a lovely city near Shanghai. I spent a night in a Chinese cafe, where to enjoy the Chinese traditional drama called Kunqu. The form of Kunqu is a little like opera, because the actor and actress need to sing all the lines while performing the show. All the lines are old Chinese, even most of Chinese people can’t understand it. However the songs and performances are extremely soft and delicate that arouse the imagination about Spring, water-village and willow tree. So even you can’t understand it, you can also indulge yourself into it, especial there is a cup of green tea from Taihu lake. It’s a fantastic picture in which it seems you own the whole Spring.
