OpenF2F Class Notes 31st August (Celeste)***

Next Class: Please finish editing the story at the bottom.

Tell me 1-2 adjectives to describe yourself.

1 st Edit

I know/believe I am always hard working. For example, at the end of the year, there are numerous/lots of jobs that HR should finish on time. At that time, I almost worked more than ten hours a day that means every day I had worked OT/overtime. So, I successfully finished all of the jobs and got awards/bonuses from the company because I quickly completed the tasks.

I have affinity, I am friendly. Interviewing is one of my duties/jobs/responsibilities/tasks. When I interview, I always smile and I am friendly to the interviewee.

When the interviewee comes into the company at the first sight, the person that he or she meets is the receptionist and the second is me. So, I present the company’s imagine. If I show the better side to the interviewee, they will feel happy, comfortable, and they will trust the new company.

I have good communication skills. HR’s job is not only including recruitment, training, salary, but also many other things. The most important thing that I believe is how and what to communicate with boss and other departments’ leaders. HR is a support department so it depends on other operation departments. Other departments need HR’s help, HR also needs their support. For instance,  I always discuss about recruitment and activities with other departments’ leaders. They usually give me some requirements, I will look for the suitable candidates according to their requirements. I always successfully find the person who meets the requirements. After interview, I feedback to the departments’ leaders.
