Yesterday my daughter asked me “why did you start to study English ?” I told her “because there are the most English speakers in the world .” She asked me again “why it is not Chinese speakers, because China has the most population in the world.”I said “China is the only country to speak Chinese , but we can speak English in every country .” Then She asked a difficult question to me, ” You should master English in you student hood , why you stared English now?” I have been quiet two minutes to find an answer for her, ” I might be a good student before, but now I am trying to make up it.” She looked be pleased with my answer and smiled to me . Suddenly I realized she seemed be my mother and I was her son!

Yesterday my daughter asked me “Why did you start to study English now?” I told her “because there are more English speakers in the world.” She asked me again “Why not Chinese speakers?  China has the biggest population in the world. / China is the most populated county in the world.” I said “China is the only country that speaks Chinese, but we can speak English in every country .” Then she asked a difficult question to me, “You should have mastered English when you were a student, why did you start English now?” I was quiet for two minutes to find an answer for her, “I  was not a good student before, but now I am trying to make it up.” She looked to be pleased/ She looked/was pleased with my answer and smiled at me and nodded with approval. Suddenly I realized she seemed to be my mother and I was her son!
