OpenF2F Class Notes 28th March (Celeste)

I went to bed lately and I woke up lately. –  I went to bed late and I woke up late. / I would go to bed late and I would wake up late.

As age grow up, I feel my body bad and my emotions under the weather.  – As I mature, I feel that my body and my emotions are under the weather.

The vocabulary is teached by Harmony. – The vocabulary was taught by Harmony.

I start to go for a stroll and do yoga. – I started to go for strolls and practice yoga.

I used to do yoga.

When I’m in college I used to be do yoga because in that time I had many time to do yoga. – When I was college I used to do yoga because then I had a lot of free time.

I’m very like yoga. – I really like yoga.

It could make me happy, relax my emotion and keep my body beautiful. – It makes me happy, relaxed and keeps my body fit.

I do yoga at home by watching a video. I bought a book and CD and I learned yoga.

My muscles are in too much pain so yoga releases my muscle pain.

Usually I used to have bad habits which I went to bed late and woke up late, eat junk food and not exercise. As I mature, I feel my body and my emotions are under the weather.

So I decided to start to exercise. I started to go for strolls every day after working and practice yoga. I like yoga cause it could release my muscle pain and relax my emotion,the most important reason is that it could keep my body fit and beautiful.

I’m very admire the people who is good at running. I really want to run, but I can’t. I’m very afraid of running. I can’t overcome this fear emotion. I hope that I could to run in the future one day.

Every day I must say to myself: insist!insist!insist!
