Today was a hard/tiring/busy day, my colleagues and I went on an internal audit in the store. We arrived at the store at 10am, and started working step by step. First, we checked whether the work flow of reception matches the company’s policy. Then, we assessed the staff service levels and gave some suggestions/advice to reach the standards. The last step was counting the stock. We picked/selected/chose one product and counted the quantities. If the product’s quantities were not the same as the quantities in the system, the staff needed to give an explanation. When we finished all the work it was 5 o’clock PM so I went home.
