Today was a hard day, my colleagues and I went on an internal audit in the store. We arrived at the store at 10am, and started working step by step. First, we checked whether the work flow of reception can match company’s policy. Then, we assessed the staff service levels and gave some suggestions to reach the standards. The last step was counting the stocks. We picked one products and counted the quantities. If the products quantities were not the same as the quantities in the system, the staff needed to give a explanation.

If the product’s quantities were not the same as the quantities in the system, the staff needed to give an explanation. When we finished all the work it was 5 o’clock PM so I went home.
