March is the last month of this year, so today I received a performance management form which sent by my boss. We need to review the past and prepare for the future . For the part of reviewing the past, the evaluation should consider that you get the achievements percentage between the actual performance and the objective this year. In the meantime, I also need to complete the appraisal from different criterias, for instance, creativity, learning knowledge, the relationship of the colleges,and so on. For the part of the further, I need to set objectives and describe how to achieve. The performance management form is very important, it will affect the growing percentage of salary, bonus,and promotion.
