Writing exercise

Open-plan space and close-plan space are themselves benefits, but I like open-plan space more than close-plan. Because it is easy to communicate with other co-workers when you have any problems and other reason is that you can get motivation from your hard colleagues. When you are staying a positive team, I think that you can get unlimited power to do your work. However, you have to do your privacy carefully because your boss have large possibility to hear your saying.

Open-plan offices and close-plan offices have their own benefits, but I like open-plan more than close-plan. Because it is easy to communicate with other co-workers when you have any problem and the other reason is that you can get motivation from your colleagues who work hard / hard-working colleagues. When you are in / part of a positive team, I think that you can get unlimited power to do your work. However, you have to manage your privacy carefully because there is a high possibility that your boss will hear what you say.

i have to manage my staff = if i don’t work and control my staff, they will have problems
i have to manage my privacy = if i don’t try to control things, i will have no privacy

private things = things that you consider to be just for you
privacy = personal space / time without other people
