Cooking

I love cooking and I wanted to be a chef because of the influence from an animation I saw when I was a child. I cooked by myself when I lived alone in Japan. I learned some ways to cooking off Internet. At first I thought I had gift. My cooked food tasted good and I got great feedback from my roommate. But I found I can just cook some easy food and didn’t have any progress. After I returned home, my parents cooked for me. So I rarely touch the pot.
But after marriage, I have to cook by myself again. Although my parents always take some food to our home, but we still want to cook by ourself. The most difficult thing for me is preparing because I don’t know how the deal with vegetables. Some vegetables should be taken leaves, some just need to be washed. So I ask Damon to prepare them. I also bought a great pot and I take care it well. Dry it after cooking and show my appreciation to it. I think every cooking tool have sprit. If you pay your respect, it will serve you well.
I will continue cooking and maybe open a restaurant after I retired.
