Now the house price is very expensive, and the estimated of trend will grow in the feature in these first tier cities. The real estate agents forward a news about that the loan rate in this year will keep dropping and the times are not more than once. The result of this action is that more and more people will purchase houses if the buyers can accord with the purchasing house standard. So many people purchased house will lead to grow for the price of the house. This morning I saw a post it said that the house price in Tangzhen which locate in the outside ring area is 5w per square meter. Of course the age of house is not old about 5years. It is very crazy.

Currently house prices are very expensive, and the trend is estimated to grow in the future in first tier cities. The real estate agents say on the news that the loan rate this year will keep dropping (and the times are not more than once?). The result of this action is that more and more people will purchase houses if the buyers can meet the house purchasing standards. So many people purchasing houses will lead to house prices growing. This morning I saw a post that said the house price in Tangzhen, which is located outside the 3rd ring road in Shanghai, is 5ok rmb per square meter. Of course the age of house is not older than about 5years. It is very crazy.
