Running becomes more and more popular today. This morning, a lot of my friends attended the half marathon of Shanghai. They were proud of their medal when they finished running and they showed it on wechat circle. Why all people especially in the middle class are passionate to race? A article on the newspaper said people resist anxious by running. They think they could keep health with doing sports like running. The middle class people can’t control the safety of foods, the quality of air, the only they can control is their bodies. That’s why they run and they talk about running so much
