OpenF2F Class Notes 16th February (Celeste)***

As I’m going to start to go to the mandarin course at the University, my husband and I asked our ayi Summer if she wanted to take care of our son in the evening. Currently, she is coming to our apartment just in the morning and in the evening she works for another family.
When we proposed her to work for us the whole day she said yes, because she said that she is more comfortable with us and this way she doesn’t have to travel one hour everyday from our house to the other family’s.
Yesterday, she arrived to our place very upset and told us that, when she told the other family that she was leaving, the man got really angry and said that he wanted to send us a letter demanding and explanation about why we need Summer all day now.
We understand that is a chore to look for another helper, specially when you are happy and you trust in her, but Summer and us are making and arrangement that is better for both parts, so we are so sorry for them but we aren’t going to change our mind.
