I am in a traffic jam.  – I am stuck in traffic.

There’s a traffic jam on a road / in a place – There’s a traffic jam on Yan’an Elevated Road/ on the highway or freeway / in Pudong.

Traffic is heavy/light on a road /in a place.  – Traffic is heavy on Anfu Road/in Jing’an.

As Spring is coming, my cousin suggested outing together last week. We are both into travelling. So we booked a hotel near a Lake and went to Wuxi last weekend. Lucky, our three rooms were all upgraded. Going outside is good for our health. We can not only breath the fresh air, but also relax ourselves. Going outside also can do lots of sports, we rode bicycles, swam, and ran.
Thanks for the good service, the yummy food and the beautiful inviroment. It was a happy and colorful weekend!

Luckily, our three rooms were all upgraded. Going outside and leaving Shanghai are good for our health. We can not only breathe the fresh air but also relax ourselves / relax our minds, bodies, and spirits. When we go outside we also can do lots of sports. We rode bicycles, swam, and ran.
