Today I want to discuss my life in Shanghai .I came to Shanghai in 2015 for studying in Shanghai maritime university for graduate degree . I postgraduated and entered in a foreign company last year. From then on，I started my career. I waked up at 8 o’clock in the morning and arrived to my company at about 9:30 am at workdays. Then I started my busy working time until 6pm，but sometimes I must work extra hours with my colleagues. It seems boring but it’s also meaningful .

At weekends ，I usually go outside to breathe fresh air and chat with my friends. It enriches my life and I get enough power from it.

Otherwise I will not stand here – I like Shanghai very much, otherwise I would not be here.

I will not meet like you – I will not meet any foreigners like you!

Motivation:  a strong reason to act or accomplish something.

Ex:  I have the motivation to learn/improve my English.

It can push me/ it can motivate me

Ability (ah – bill – ah – tee)

Factor:  things/items that are taken into consideration when making a decision.

Ex:  There are many factors to consider for this issue.

Ex:  Your abilities are not a factor when trying to get a job in a small town.

Advantage < > disadvantage

At their mind, it’s familiar as my hometown – in their mind it’s as/more familiar as/than my hometown
