Now people have realized the importance of sports, so more and more people join the rank of sports. People do exercise by a variety of ways, such as running, walking quickly, swimming, playing ball in the outside or gym and so on. Sports can keep health, lose weight, get ride of stress, make your thinking more clearly. Sports have all kinds of benefits but these benefits base on the moderate sports, if you do excess sports, it will have a negative effect. For example, excess running will be bad for knee. So everything has two sides, you should choose the right one.
