Cricket said her yoga teacher said a quote,“Walk slower and see how fast you travel.”.And she let me think about it as a homework.
I’m a little confused with this quote. Because walk slower is easy to understand, travel fast is easy to understand. But how can we walk slow and travel fast? But if we could change the word “fast” to ” far”, it will be easier to understand.
So maybe this quote is tell us not to hurry on with our life. Don’t only focus on the results, focus on what you have gain. And all the experience or the view on the life journey are more important.

So maybe this quote tells us not to hurry our life. Don’t only focus on the results, focus on what you have learned. All the experiences or perspectives on life‘s journey are more important.

It’s about the journey, not about the destination.

Go with the flow and you will get there faster.
