hefty – big and heavy, strong or powerful

eg: Old computers are pretty hefty.

eg: That was a hefty meal, I’m stuffed.

stuffed – completely full from eating

suburb N – a residential place just outside the city, or downtown part of the city.

suburban Adj.

eg: Many homes in America are in the suburbs.

A:Hi, ## Long time no see! How have you been!
B: I’ve been good. how about you?##
A: I am good. ## as you know, recently I pay attention on China social question. China has witnessed a rapid urbanization in the past of twenty years.
According to recent statistics, China’s urban population reached 792 million in 2016, accounting for 57.35 percent of the total population.
Maybe in 2020, the proportion of urbanization will be over sixty percent.What benefits will both migrants and urban citizens enjoy?
B: when many people live in one city, the basic construction will be developing faster, the information spread faster and you can get more job, education, hospital resources. The migrants and urban citizens both can be benefit.
A: Yes, I agree. On the other side, are there any side effects in the process of this rapid urbanization? How do you think?
B: About side effects, as we both can see, like traffic jam, air pollution, high prices of property. It make people felt unpleasant.
A: Yes, I have same thought.
So what should the government pay attention to while implementing the urbanization policy?
B: Before the government have developed urbanization. Maybe in the future they can focus on how to developing the basic structure in the village while developing urbanization.
The good thing is the government seems developing the basic structures already, like structuring road in every village, making new health care system, but It is a long term work, maybe ten years.
A: I hope I can see this satiation early.
B: I hope so.

A: Yes, I have the same thought.

B: Before the government had developed urban areas. Maybe in the future they can focus on how to develop the basic structure in villages while developing urban areas.
The good thing is the government seems to be developing  basic infrastructure already, like  roads in every village and making new health care systems. but It is a long term project, maybe ten to twenty years.
A: I hope I can see this result asap.
B: I hope so.
