the man went to the park and p___ with the girl – guess the meaning of the word and ask directly what it means, then repeat the sentence back and check meaning. 

if i dont heard about his word a lot of times – if i haven’t heard this word many times. 

Today, I want to say a strange clients when I have met. They are a youth couples, After thinking a lot of time,they decided to buy a apartment I sold. we talk about how price is ok. The result is they want to cheaper more, but I can’t to return it. In that time, they asked me how much commission I get when I sold this a house and you can help me. I shocked. I know they asked other one’s commission. My manager told me he can give the more on sale, but he don’t. Because when we reply it they wanted, they will want too more. So they brought a house in original price.
Today, I want to talk about a strange client who/that I have met. They are a youth couple. After thinking a lot / for a long time, they decided to buy an apartment I sold. The result is they want to get it cheaper, but I can’t approve / accept it / agree. At that time, they asked me how much commission I get when I sell this  house and if I could help them / they asked me “how much commission do you get and can you help us?”. I was shocked. I know they asked other colleagues of mine about their commission. My manager told me he can give more of a discount, but he didn’t. Because when we agreed to what they wanted, they will want more. So they bought a house at original price.
