My health check
I have booked the health check 3 times because of different kinds of reasons I canceled, such as urgent things and arrived there late and so on. This week, I have enough leisure time, I booked it at this morning. Eventually, this thing was closed and the conclusion is that all items of the health check are almost in the normal level, excepted overweight. A ou.
I have been exercising for two weeks. I planed one month plan, was following the APP- keep to complete some body moves. The slogan from this APP is ” self-discipline gives your freedom”. I would love to spend 1.5-2hours on it everyday, as far as I have leisure time i want to do one more extra group of exercise. The truth is I didn’t lose weight. I didn’t know where was these sweats go ?! For now, I eat any food, I will check the heat.I guessed that maybe I had eaten more, I need to reduce what I eat.
