Recently, It seems that there are more and more vegetarians. In our company, almost 20 percent of staff are vegetarians or vegans. They told me the difference between these two words is that vegans doesn’t eat any meat dishes or eggs that staff. but vegetarians have not such strict regulation. The foreign colleagues told me it’s hard to not eat any meat in china as almost each dish contains meat even if vegetable dishes. they introduced me the benefits of eating vegetable only and recommended me some restuarants but I consider it’s unhealthy if we don’t eat any other things.
