Eyes issue during work days

I always feel my eyes are really tired in the afternoon of working days, and at that time I can’t focus on my work because of the ache. Therefore I have to stop work in hands and do some eye exercises, but it just relives a little bit ache. Several colleagues of mine would like to use eyedrops, but it’s too hard for me to learn how to let the eyedrops into my eye accurately.  Sometimes,  I would have a walk outside the office or climb stairs, but they also can’t let me feel better. These days, I try to exercise my eyes more often several times a day, and I hope it will help me.
