My losing weight history

I tried to lose weight four times until now. It is a messed circle that losing weight and becoming heavy again, and lost weight again.
I succeeded at first and second time, failed at the third time and this is the forth time, I’m holding on.

The first time I decided to lose weight was in the summer of my third grade. I followed a running course from the Internet. It was a quite weird course which asked me to run in place with a tight belt over the waist, what could burn more fat, the man in the course taught me.
It was really weird, but effective. I lost 10 kilograms in that summer.

The second time was after I returned from Japan. I was heavy again because of the irregular life. I went to gym to ran 5-6times weekly. I insisted on half a year, and I lost 10 kilograms again. And then, I met Damon. I started having dinner in the restaurants frequently and went to gun rarely, so I had been heavy again.

Two years ago, Damon and I decided to lose weight because we planned to go to beaches, where we have to show our body, and we didn’t want to be laughed. We went to gun together almost everyday, and started to pay more attention on anaerobic. We lost 5 kilograms in about two months.

Now, it is my fourth time to fight with losing weight. I started to combine with healthy meals. I hope we can be successful this time. It is not about losing weight, but also about health. Fighting!

My weight loss / gain history

I tried to lose weight four times until now. It’s been a bit of a yo-yo ride, losing weight and gaining it back again, then losing it again.
I succeeded the first and second times, failed the third time and this is the fourth time. So far so good.

The second time was after I returned from Japan. I had put on weight again after I had let myself go and slipped into an unhealthy lifestyle. I went to the gym to run 5-6 times a week. I stayed with it / persevered for half a year, and I lost 10 kilograms again. Then, I met Damon. I started eating out frequently and rarely go to the gym, which led to another weight gain.

Two years ago, Damon and I decided to lose weight because we planned to go to beaches, where we would have to show our bodies, and we didn’t want to be laughed at. We went to the gym together almost everyday, and started to focus more on anaerobics. We lost 5 kilograms each in about two months.

Now, it is my fourth time trying to shed some weight. I started to combine exercise with healthy meals. I hope I can be successful this time. It is not just about losing weight, but also about health. Gotta run!

Pot luck luncheon

Next Monday, our HR department organized pot luck luncheon again. All of our colleagues will attend this luncheon, but we need to prepare dishes.This time is the second time I attend , last time I made Thai style shrimp. But this time I want to prepare moon-cakes , because next month mid-autumn festival will coming.

There are some special for this time, such as we were arranged to 6 teams, we extracted which team we are in. Maybe there are 1-2geys who you are unknown about them. Yes, this is the propose for pot luck luncheon is that help us to know each other to build new relationship with each other. The second special is that it will have bonus for the best team. Which team will win ? We don’t know about that I just want to win and get this bonus.

Pot luck luncheon

Next Monday, our HR department will hold a pot luck luncheon again. All of our colleagues will take part, but we need to prepare dishes. This is the second time I will attend; last time I made Thai style shrimp, but this time I want to prepare moon-cakes , because next month it is the / we have the mid-autumn festival.

A few things will be different this time, such as we were split up in 6 teams as a result of a draw which decided which team we going to be on. This means that on each team there are one or two persons we do not know. This is one of the goals of the pot luck luncheon, that is to help us get to know each other and to build new relationships. Another thing that is different is that there will be a prize for the best team. Which team will win? I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I just want to win the prize.
