Why have breakfast?

Why work so hard?

Original:

If you want to save a meal of a day for loss weight, I think maybe dinner is ok . In my mind, breakfast and lunch are important meals.

Every morning, when you wake up and then go to work, but You do not have breakfast, you will feel dismay and react slower. At that lunch, you will eat a lot. This situation is continuing for few mouths, Maybe you will got stomach disease and became overweight easier.

Edit:

If you want to skip a meal for weight loss, I think maybe dinner is the one you should skip. As far as I’m concerned / If you ask me / To me, breakfast and lunch are important meals.

If you go to work without having breakfast, you may feel weak and react slower. Later, at lunch, you will eat more to compensate. If this situation continues for a few mouths, you may develop a stomach disease and become overweight.

to lose weight =/= to put on weight / to gain weight

I’ve never been to Harbin. I’ve been to Dalian, though.

He was very upset last night. He’ll be alright, though.

It’s raining outside. It’s not that bad, though.

Lenna Cooper has a lot to answer for. Ninety-nine years ago, in the American magazine Good Health, the nutritionist declared that breakfast was “in many ways … the most important meal of the day, because it is the meal that gets the day startedâ€.

“It should not be eaten hurriedly,†she continued, “and all the family, so far as possible, should partake of it together. And above all, it should be made up of easily digested foods, and balanced in such a way that the various food elements are present in the right proportions. It should not be a heavy meal, consisting of over 500 to 700 calories.â€

nutritionist = a person who can advise you on what to eat
