In big city’s of China, like Shanghai, Beijing Guangzhou, there are some polices to control how many properties you can buy for keep the price increases. Take Shanghai for example, if you are not married and want to buy a property. whether you can buy or not? It is based on you are local people or not. if you are, you can buy one, either you can’t.

In China’s big cities, like Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou, there are some policies to control how many properties you can buy. This is to keep the price from increasing. Take Shanghai for example, if you are not married and want to buy a property it is based on your residency. If you are a Shanghai resident, you can buy one, if you’re not a resident you can’t.
