Make you discuss. They want to see your performance when you are in the strangers. I can learn something. Listening is the most important part. They don’t like to see you as a brute.

Leader is kind of an abstract concept. If you want to be a leader you have to have a leadership, but in this kind of situation you are likely become brute. You want to see opinions and your perspective so you maybe speak loudly and quickly and don’t let anyone else speak. I think that’s the professors dont want to see. You want to perform good. You have to give a clear opinion or perspective. Try to speak right, clear and convincing.

People who have leadership, they are the core of the team and they make decisions, they help team members when they need help and they give direction to everyone. Maybe they don’t need to do everything but they have to cover team members when the situation is emergency. A good leader should push a team forward and get good results.

I have a problem with the people that I like, but it’s hard to be liked by me. Maybe for people I met, not good enough to like.

I think I will be nervous for the group interview. I know I will not be the first one to say something. They will give us a topic and ten minutes to talk about the topic. I am not the first one to open my mouth.
