Second cooking day
Last week , we tried to cooking by ourself, we spent more than 2hours to prepare 4days dinner. Those were keep fit food and very healthy. Chen felt it was very bother,maybe he didn’t like do it. We ate all food before every time English class. Actually, the food is not too bad.

So today, we decided to make the keep food again. Sure, we need some fish , beef , shrimp and chicken, which will give us enough protein. We need to buy some vegetables as well. And maybe we need to spend 2 hours too. Meanwhile, to learn how to save the time and more effective we can. Hope I will be send a gift from healthy food and more exercises.

Second cooking day

So today, we decided to keep cooking the food. We need some fish , beef , shrimp and chicken, which will give us enough protein and we need to buy some vegetables as well. Maybe we need to spend 2 hours again on cooking this afternoon. Meanwhile, we need to learn how to save time and be more efficient. I Hope I will get a lot out of the healthy food and exercise that I’m doing.
