A global project is a project, means the project will be devolpmed in many countries, not only in China. The project language is English, not Chinese. In this project team there are different teams, will be made of many different countries people. The project process is same in different countries. The project usually about one or two years. The number of people is different according to different project, if the project is big and involved many countries, the project need more people, if the project is small the team member is few. I’m the project manager role, and I will connect accordingly all the function to operate the project. Sometimes resource is not enough and sometimes the timeline is urgent and cost is not enough.

Correction –

My role is project manager, and I will coordinate all the functions to run the project. Sometimes resources are not enough and sometimes the timeline is not long enough and the budget is too small.
