I have a big problem with my work these days. I have a lot of good ideas and improvements, but I don’t know how to implement them. It’s hard to realize them because I have to think out methods that work and other colleagues like, and they want to do the tasks with me. The task should not be larger, otherwise it will scare others away.
First, I need to do a good plan, at least persuade myself it works; then persuade others to join me, and make the idea happens. That’s maybe the skill, called leadership, which I need to get start learning.
