I delivered a work report to our LT, and the big boss saied that my presentation was great and inspired him a lot. I expressed the idea that we needed a role model in the organization, and the boss asked me: “Why don’t become the role model since you have passion, and pursue the knowledge…” I was so stupid and responsed that I needed time to grow up and if we could recruit one, then the person could contribute to the organization immediately. Actually the boss preferred to promote from inside rather than directly recruit from outside. It seemed that I missed a chance to my career.
