Vocabulary

Workaholic – someone who is addicted to work. (e.g. My boss is a workaholic, he never stops working.)

Certificate – a piece of paper to show that you have completed something (e.g. I need to get a special certificate in order to get a job in a different industry.)

I am planning to go to Beijing the next time I have a three day vacation. I have never been there before and it is the capital of China. It has so many magical places to see, like the Great wall, the Palace museum, the Summer Palace ,and Tiananmen square. Apart from these magical places, another reason I want to go there is because one of my best friends lives there. We have known each other for almost ten years, she is like a big sister to me (I am the only child in my family), so we are very close. I can ask her everything and she will always give me good suggestions. She always says mean things to me ,but deep down in my heart, I know she loves me. She has a bad mouth and a soft heart. Just can’t wait to see her again!
