Vocabulary

Scholarship (n): 1- an amount of money that is given by a school, an organization, etc., to a student to help pay for the student’s education. 2- 奖学金
E.g.: He has a scholarship, so he doesn’t need to pay for school.

Bursary (n): 1- an amount of money that a student is given to help pay for college or university study, usually given based on financial need.
E.g.: The school grants bursaries to students of many different backgrounds.

Criteria (n): 1-  the standards that are used as reason for making a judgment or decision (Plural of criterion).
E.g.: Scholarships and bursaries are different based on different criteria.

Recipient (n): 1- something that is used as a reason for making a judgment or decision
E.g.: He is a Nobel Prize recipient.
