Sometime I am a incommunicative people, such as I am in a new environment. I didn’t want to speak out first. I am trying to do some changes. The arctic showed me one good reference. One time, the writer needed to complete him work, but actually, the work need to do 2days and 2 people work together. But he just had one day, so he told actively with other workers, finally there are 5 workers helped him to complete these works, which just used a half day.This story showed me, communication skill is a soft skill.
