I have watched a documentary named “Are Our Kids Tough Enough? Chinese School”. This documentary videos 5 Chinese teachers applies Chinese teaching methods to the students in England Bohunt School. Those students should wear school uniforms in class. Except this, they are ordered to do morning exercise with broadcasting music. In my opinion, morning exercise is boring and I was reluctant to do it during my student life. But to my surprise, English students love it and want to do it on a daily basis. Maybe they think it can strengthen them, but Chinese students always hide in the restrooms to avoid teachers’ inspections. Chinese teachers pay more attention to disciplines because English students are random in class. When students are talking loud continuously in class, Chinese teachers ask them to stand in front of the classroom. At this time, Chinese students feel ashamed, contrast, English students feel hilarious and don’t care about it.
Obvious, it will take a long time for English students to adapt to Chinese teaching method. And every teaching method have both sides of a coin, what we can do is making efforts to perfect it.

Edit:

I have watched a documentary named “Are Our Kids Tough Enough? Chinese School”. This documentary follows five Chinese teachers as (NB: while) they apply Chinese teaching methods to students at Bohunt School, in Exeter, England. The students were required to wear school uniforms in class. Apart from this, they were ordered to do morning exercise accompanied by music played over the PA system. In my opinion, morning exercise is boring and I was reluctant to do it during my student life. But to my surprise, English students loved it and wanted to do it on a daily basis. Maybe they think it can strengthen them, but Chinese students always hide in the restrooms to avoid teachers’ inspections. Chinese teachers had to focus on discipline because English students were being loud, rude and disruptive in class. When students would not stop talking loudly in class, Chinese teachers asked them to stand in front of the classroom. At this time, Chinese students would feel ashamed, but in stark contrast, English students thought it was hilarious and didn’t care about it.

Obviously, it would take a long time for English students to adapt to Chinese teaching methods. Since no teaching method is perfect, the best that we can do is to make constant efforts to improve.
