We all have different stresses and can got different ways to relaxed. When we feel stress, Someone who eat a lot of food to relaxed, someone who drink something alcohol and someone will goes anger to other around people. My relaxed way is taking my friends on cell. When I have some stress and I can’t change it, I will look for some friends from my contacts list and talk to them until I was tried to have rest. I think it’s useful and good way for me. When we have some troubles and met somethings that felt very confusions. Maybe by do this, you shared your trouble and stressed, then, we continue to face it . It’s like I have a heavy bag, you felt very tried, but your friends give you encourage, you will have more confidence to do something.

Edit:

We all come under all types of stress and we all have our own ways to deal with it and relax. Some of us cope with stress by eating a lot, some by drinking, while others take it out on the people around them. The way I relax is talking to my friends on the phone. When I‘m stressed and I can’t take it anymore, I will look up friends in my contacts list and talk to them until I feel better. I think it’s useful and a good way for me to relieve my stress. Difficult times can make even the strongest of us feel confused and powerless. Maybe sharing our troubles and burden helps us start over again / keep going. It’s like carrying a heavy bag, and switching what hand we carry it in every 5 minutes. That way, we can cover the distance without feeling too much pain.
