Choose a quanlity you think makes someone a valuable member of a team. Explain why you think it is an important quality for a team or group member to have.
In my opinion, the valuable mamber of a team should be cooperative. If the member is cooperative, the team member will get along very well. As an old saying that unity is strength. Once, I attend a computer programe group. At that time, we just have four members and only one day before the deadline so we had to submit the programe. We all decided to gather together and stay overnight writing the programe sharing ideas and solving problems. That was a time I felt we were like a team.

In my opinion, a valuable member of a team should be cooperative. If the member is cooperative, the team member will get along very well and be productive. As an old saying goes: unity is strength. Once, I attended a computer programmer group. At that time, we just had four members and only one day before the deadline  to submit the project. We all decided to gather together and stayed up all night writing the program, sharing ideas, and solving problems. For that project I really thought I was part of a team all because we could cooperate.
