Vocabulary

Close a contract/client – to get a new client or complete a contract (e.g. This month I got a large bonus because I closed 5 clients.)

Bunk bed – a double bed, one on top of the other. (e.g. When I was young I used to sleep in a bunk bed with my sister.)

Estimate – 差不多 (e.g. I estimate that in 20 years there will be no more pollution.)

During the past six months, the property market has been peaceful. I didn’t often see some news about a sudden price increase. This may be a good situation but I don’t agree. If people don’t change their attitudes about buying properties as an investment, the price will not remain stable.
