Finding a job

My wife is finding a job, because she is unhappy with her colleagues, and she has applied for several companies. I am so proud of her because she has strong executive power, doing what she wants to do immediately. She wants to learn English, just coming here; she wants to eat something, just going to eat; she wants to change her job, starting applying as fast as she can. To be truth, I envy her at this point.
Actually, I am finding a job too. It is boring for me to work in my current company. I do the routine things everyday, without any challenge and no further room for promotion. I am just 30 years old. I don’t want to work like an old man who waits for retiring and pension. I’m looking forward to learn more about marketing strategy. Therefor I want to enter a international advertising company to get more experience and be a visionary. However, I find that the biggest barrier is English skill, because most of these companies require high-level English skill to communicate with foreign boss or give a presentation to foreign clients.
I think the most emergency thing I should do is to bend over backwards to learn English. Utilize all of the assets around me to improve my English as soon as possible. At least, I can pass the interview in English.

If she wants to learn English, she’ll just start learning English; if she wants to eat something, she’ll just eat it; if she wants to change her job, she’ll get busy applying as fast as she can. To be honest / To tell the truth, I envy her at this point.

Actually, I am looking for a job too. It is boring for me to work in my current company. I do routine things everyday, without any challenge and no further room for promotion. I am just 30 years old. I don’t want to work like an old man who waits for retirement and pension. I’m looking forward to learning more about marketing strategy. Therefore I want to join an international advertising company to get more experience and follow my vision / aspirations etc. However, I find that the biggest barrier is English, because most of these companies require high-level English skills to communicate with foreign bosses or give a presentation to foreign clients.
