Nowadays, people are starting to pursue a healthier lifestyle. For instance, eating less oily and salty foods, doing physical exercises, reducing the use of electronic products, going on vacations regularly and so on. One of my childhood friends is a good example of that. We grew up together, and I remember that she couldn’t even run for 500 meters when we were in middle school, but over the last two years, she has been able to complete a 10-kilometer run, three times a week. She often posts her running records on WeChat.
