Yesterday was November 11th which we call the Singles Day. On this day, online shopping malls websites like Tmall and Jing Dong discount their goods to sell. In fact, some original costs have been increased before. And the present prices are even higher than those in the past. Obviously, it is not a brilliant choice to buy too many things on this day.
This day now is a little similar to Valentine’s day. Couples date and give gifts to each to prove they are not single. Single people prefer to say love to people who they are seeing.  Single people will give gifts on this day to people they would like to date. If they are refused rejected, they can always make the situation less awkward and embarrassing  by saying:” I am just kidding, it is the singles day” to erase embarrasement.
