Writing exercise

Original –

I changed my job last week and my new job is a headhunting. This is an interesting job because there are so many challenges waiting for you. We need to be the bridge between the company hr and the candidates. We need to know about the job responsibility very well and to find the most suitable person and persuade this person to do this job. It’s very difficult because everyone is different I need to use different relation skills to contact with them.

Correction

I got hired as a headhunter last week. This is an interesting job because there are so many challenges to deal with. We need to be the bridge between the company hr and the candidates until they finish the probation period. We need to know the job requirements very well and to find the most suitable candidate and persuade this person to accept this job. It’s very difficult because everyone is different so I need to use different communication techniques to convince them to accept the job.
