Vocabulary

Domestic – means local or within the same country. (e.g. I work for a domestic advertising agency.)

Versatile – when something can be used in many different situations. (e.g. smaller ad agencies are more versatile than larger ones because they can change faster.)

SME (small to medium sized enterprise) – a company with between 20 and 100 employees. (e.g. I think that SME’s are more versatile and creative than bigger agencies.)

Cut throat – when someone or a company shows no mercy and will sometimes do things that other people think are wrong. (e.g. Many large ad agencies have to be cut throat or they can not survive for long.)

Entrepreneurship – the skill to do something by yourself and have creative control (e.g. Currently, Silicon Valley is the capital of entrepreneurship. However, Shenzhen is a close second.)

Intrepreneurship – the same as entrepreneurship but from within a large or SME company. (e.g. More and more companies are looking for employees with intrepreneurship skills in order to become better than the competition.)
