Just read a new which is about Michael Phelps Uses Chinese Cupping Therapy, then a lot of discussion about whether it works jumped out. Some people says it’s really good and discribe it like a magic method. Other people just thought it’s nonsense, they’d reather believe the scientific. I tried the cupping therapy serval times, and my personal experience tell me it’s all depends on the skills and experiences of the therapist. Moreover, the therapy actually can not cure any illness in stead it only help people to release and the bruise can tell you your health condition.

I just read an article titled Michael Phelps Uses Chinese Cupping Therapy, which generated a lot of discussion about whether it works or not. Some people were of the opinion that it’s effective and described it as a magic cure for XXXXXX. Other people just thought it’s nonsense and that they would rather believe science. I tried cupping several times, and my personal experience tells me it all depends on the skills and experience of the therapist, who is thought to be able to interpret the color of the bruise and make an assessment of your health based on it. Moreover, the therapy can not actually cure any illness,  instead / but rather only help people to relax / unwind.
