I had training last week. It was about the supplier management. The teacher shared many interesting cases with us. The most impressive case for me was about Oreos because cookies are easy to be pieces in the production. (What is ‘easy to be pieces in the production’?) The factory used to sell the broken cookies at a very low price to pig farmers. But, they finally found people like to eat Oreo pieces in ice cream, so they sold the pieces to ice cream companies. Now, Oreos have earned a lot of money and even arranged workers to break the cookies into pieces.

But they finally found people like to eat Oreo pieces in ice cream, so they sales the pieces to the ice cream brand now and have earned big money, even arranges people to break the cookies into pieces.
