I’m working at internet company right now but I am going to work in finance industry and requires me to have fluent English and write English reports so I would like to improve my pronunciation and grammar.

I would like experience more teachers and pick the one most proper for me.
there is some bridge between my current job and the next one

I also have problems in vocabulary because I can only get simple words and I don’t know the correct words to express myself.
I also have problems in the listening part, we need to contact expert interview and I can get 50-60%

the mainly reason is they use words I don’t know. also maybe I dot know the sentence.

They just speak too fast and I am in the first sentence and they go to to the other and I cant get the full information / difficulties to follow the speaker

researching companies in the secondary market and they have listed on the stock exchange

my coverage are mainly about Chinese companies

the bytedance has many products but the focus is on the short videos and more than 80 or 70 users come from douyin / tik Tok.
It all belong to the short video industry

I think it is for an easier understanding for oversea users. Tik Tok is easier to understand and memorize and they thought about the difference between the domestic and oversea situation they may need to collect data and store it in different servers and they have political risks to launch an app overseas.

I’m very positive on Tik Tok. before the pandemic the growth rate is flat and after it qucikly grew and after it has a high growth rate and the users increased quickly and also Tik Tok has a high retention rate based on our domestic experience the short video apps are very addicted, if you once use you get familiar you gonna be addicted to the app.
over 50% the retention rate the day after download.

the total users are over 100m and the target group …. If I am the operator of Tik Tok I am gonna target all the users because based on domestic experience short video is an app that is suitable for all ages.

it is also associate with the reason why I think Tik Tok is not gonna be decreased after the pandemic, they have formed some brands in the oversea users. Even people the people don’t use the Tik Tok they have heard of it. But Kuaishou is late and it has to pay some money to buy the users.

Maybe users over 20 they used to be Instagram users and they heard of TikTok but not Kuaishou.

it is much more easier to transfer the new users.

they have built a good brand image among oversea users. Even people who don’t use Tik Tok have heard of it / they also have strong brand recognition  But Kuaishou is late and it has to pay to buy the users. /  the cost of acquisition of new users is high  /
