Yesterday I left the picture there.
The auction is on Oc 22 in SH center.
the towers took me 4-5 hours to paint.
Now I am learning watercolor so it is very difficult to do that.
You use thick ink and I don’t need a lot of water so it is easy to paint

You need to put/pay attention on how much water you put in some ink.

everything is hard.

I just started to paint with oil so for me now it is better / I am more familiar with it. /I am better at it.
I tried to do one in acrylic and so when I tried and it dries quickly
I felt I couldn’t do anything. I needed to mix it with another color . I needed to mix some colors but it dried very quickly.
You need to use something to prevent it from drying  / to stop it from drying quickly

water color is on a thick paper.

Now I am relaxed, I try to relax
Now I don’t want to buy gifts because it is too big/bulky and if I buy for one person  or for everyone .I prefer to  go there and eat a lot together

it is too heavy. You want some gifts for the oldest people.
If you buy something for some of them the other say what do you have for me?

People get jealous and are waiting for a gift too. -> they expect a gift

people compare which gift they get.

When I went back for the first time I bought gifts for everyone.
Then I saw if you give one cup it is ok because they can use it but sometimes you buy something and they put it in the corner.
You spend money and it isn’t important for them.

last year I bought some clothes for my niece and now 3 years later I saw that they grew a lot and they are tall. So they can’t wear them anymore.
my niece likes Buddha and Indian religion.
I think religion makes you…remember everyday what you need to do to be a good person or don’t do bad things / behave well.
I think it is important.
I think you need to do something that reminds you everyday how you need to behave

Everyday we pray and every Sunday we go to the church then I stopped to practice because I grew up and I lived with another family.
They lived in the city so one year I lived with my uncle and then the next I lived with another family member.
When I was in my high school I stopped practicing. I lost my faith and I said I am catholic and I don’t need to go to the church but 10 years ago I went back to church in Madrid and now I think God took me to China and renewed my faith. Here I found a catholic group and every Friday we meet and spend time together. I feel better with myself. You need to go back to your beliefs. That helps.

Recently they started to close them. Some are open and the German community and Spanish community I know make/organize the mass in some places like in a restaurant.
The government doesn’t allow it so they don’t have a dedicated place.

I saw some of them speak English. The priest speaks a lot of languages so sometimes he gives the mass in English.

He has been in China for a long time. The first time he was in TW for 5 years and then he came here for 6 years.
When I came here he was a Chinese student.
He had a student visa. He couldn’t work.
It was illegal.
