GANT VALUE CO-CREATION CAMP

PHASE 1
Why:
History and heritage related with values
The reason for the value transformation / the reason for the change in values

Purpose:
Need to link with every participant, maybe the benefit on working collaboration?
Think this part needs to be discussed by all participants.

PHASE 2
Define:
Define the real case within GANT history, which story could represent these values.
Define the real case in the workplace, which person and real practical case could represent these values(could use a case which has not only occurred in GANT) / (you could use an external case)
Define the real case related with yourself, which part of your experiences could be represented in these values.

Engagement:
Vote on these real cases, and choose the best one which could fully express corresponding value. / choose the case which can represent our values the best.

Implement:
First discussion among the management team:
To create / produce a value guide by the management team, co-create the behaviors they need to do/replicate/follow as an ambassador.
Second discussion involves their subordinates:
Referring to the behavior guide in management team, co-create the general value guideline for the whole company.

PHASE 3
Keep the value alive:
Set the election mechanism of value reward, vote for the GANT VALUE AMBASSADOR each season.

PHASE 4:
Launch pack and supporting tools:
Phase I: history and heritage, reason for the change in values.
Phase 2&3: activity guide and methodology. The reward/certification template from global side.
