Writing exercise

Last weekend I took part in a flower arranging class, and teacher asked one by one that why we learn. I answered that in a way, I think flowers like people , Some people when they were born in a rich family with good education background, they just like pretty roses, so they always get more chance to stand in the middle of stage, while some were born in a poor family without education, they just like grass, with less chance.
And on the other side, our hands like people’s fate. Sometimes we work very hard but can’t against our fate. For example, every day I pass by a lawn, there are some flowers grow very high and above the whole lawn, the gardener will cut them sooner or later, but there is nothing wrong with the flowers, because their mission is to grow upside. However in the lawn, the grass is the leading role, so the flowers should be removed.
And So what we can do is just do what we can, the rest will depend by the fate.

Last weekend I took part in a flower arranging class, and the teacher asked us / the students one by one why we decided to learn flower arrangement  / the teachers asked us one by one our motivation for learning flower arrangement

I answered that in this way: I think flowers are like people , Some people were born in rich families with a good education background, they are just like pretty roses, so they always get more chances/opportunities to stand in the middle of the stage / in the spotlight , while some were born in a poor families without education, they are just like grass, with less chances.

And on the other side, our hands are like people’s fate. Sometimes we work very hard but can’t go/fight against our fate. For example, every day I pass by a lawn, there are some flowers which already grew very high and above the whole lawn, the gardener will cut them sooner or later, but there is nothing wrong with the flowers, because their nature is to grow upside.
However in the lawn, the grass has/takes the leading role, so the flowers should be removed.
And So what we can do is just do what we can, the rest will depend on fate / the rest is up to fate

Last weekend I took part in a flower arranging class, and the teacher asked us / the students one by one why we decided to learn flower arrangement  / the teachers asked us one by one our motivation for learning flower arrangement.
Our hands decide on the harmony of the flower arrangement

I answered that in this way: I think flowers are just like people. We don’t decided where are born. the lucky few are born in rich families, they are the roses. Some of us are born in poor families and they are just like grass

none is better than the other, it just depends on the situation. For example, every day I pass by a lawn, there are some flowers which already grew very high and above the whole lawn, the gardener will cut them sooner or later. In this case you’d rather be grass. The lawn is made of grass and flowers don’t have a place there because it just isn’t harmonious.
