you can buy things very easily / without friction and through the video. You just have interest in it and buy it.
That is not a need you have already before you buy thing. -> the purchase is not driven by a need / you don’t buy things because you need them, you buy because it is fun.

The datas shows the return rate on tik tok is higher than taobao. Maybe the customers buy things in our live streaming room just because excitement they experience but when they get the product they calm down and regret

We can train the anchor and let them don;t say crazy words in the live streaming room. -> we can train the anchor and not let them say crazy words / we can train the anchor to avoid them pushing the audience to buy excessively.

The second way is that we have customer service and they will communicate with the customer and deal with their problems.
The third way is that we will give additional free products . Maybe another cream or  a toner.
