Speaking exercise

It is busy, there is a super hub in SZ.
There are a lot of renovations in the airport and around.
It is used by our division users. For procurement we serve different business unis in China and I am not in the that one.

I am located in another business unit, not the one related to the super hub.

Currently we have 2 super hubs, one in SH and one in SZ / one is located in SH and the other in SZ
. I think it relates to the factories. / I think we built super hubs next to clusters of factories.
Before in South China we didn’t have a superhub because the government wanted to protect the economy of HK so the products were exported to HK then sent abroad. / sent to the rest of the world
It was a policy to protect HK.

Maybe there were some changes.
HK also has a Superhub but it was built many years ago.

Many factories are moving to central China because the cost and the salaries are lower than the east of China.
I usually get dumplings and noodles.
We usually don’t meat for breakfast
I like cooking.
Especially in the spring festival we invite friends and family members to have a meal together.

For breakfast it is convenient because we do not have much time in the morning, it is convenient.
But for lunch and dinner you have more options.

I remember only during i was during university my classmate spent their money in the first half of the month and then they had to eat instant noodles at the end of the month because they didn’t have any money left.
I think for families I didn’t see that problem, maybe they have better plan on money -> maybe they plan things around money better / maybe they make good financial decisions.

In SZ in some buildings the price went down a lot / In SZ the property market went down a lot
So there is a backlash from the people who bought a few years ago. / from the people who bought the top.

In the outskirt maybe it dropped by 50%.
So people who bought regret buying.
