it is difficult for me to pronounce culture

Electric cars are popular in SZ now. they are green so it is encouraged by the government

They will give you a car plate directly. If you want to get an oil car you may need to pay more for a plate / if you get an oil car the plate is much harder to get.

It is not easy to get, many people register and only lucky people can get a plate. It is a lucky draw because so many people register but only a few can get a plate so it is not easy. -> It is not easy to get, many people register to join a monthly draw and only a few can get a plate.

we worry about the impact on seafood.
I think maybe Chinese people deal with it in a soft way. We didn’t have protests but we also worry about our safety.

We discussed maybe we will reduce eating seafood -> we may eat less seafood / we may reduce our seafood consumption.

We are near the sea so we eat a lot of seafood usually / we live in a coastal city

It is hard to say, maybe we don’t know the real impact. We may keep track /monitor of how things evolve.
